Step-One

Share Your Schedule

Once we start your services, share your vacation rental bookings via email and Calico Cleaning will schedule your upcoming cleanings. Let us know of any extended stays or cancellations along with new bookings. 

Step-Two

Your Clean Team

Your Clean Team will consistently be checking our app making sure no turnovers are missed. On the days of your cleanings, your clean team can take notes on any damage, if any, per request. 

Vacation Home- Luxury Cleaning

Calico Cleaning provides luxury cleaning services for vacation homes and rentals in Southwest Michigan. Since 2009, we have cleaned everything from small cottages to million-dollar luxury homes, and delighted our clients with our high standards and quality work.

Besides housekeeping for your vacation rental, we offer a grounds team that will clean the grills, blow the sand off the decks, wipe down patio furniture, check the fire pits for broken glass, etc and clean the spider webs out of the entryways. After all the outside is the first impression! All of this is included in the house rate.

Damage Checks & Linen Service Included

Our team leaders check for damages in the morning upon your guests’ departure and will send photos immediately of any damage and document the issue, so we can send to you immediately. In the afternoon when cleaning is done, they will do a quality check to ensure nothing was missed and take care of any issue that may have been overlooked before your next guests arrive. This is included in the house rate.

We use a linen service for all laundry so there is no added cost to you to purchase linens, bathmats, or towels for your guests. We use only high-quality linens. We DO NOT do any laundry on-site except one load that will include beach towels, kitchen towels, etc. not provided by the linen service. (We will happily launder comforters and blankets off-site at a facility of your choosing, at your expense.)

Your rate includes all cleaning (inside & outside), quality inspections, damage checks, linen service, and groundskeeper service.

We are covered by a $1M general liability policy, workmen’s comp insurance and bonded. All employees are background checked and are monitored closely by management and our team leaders for quality assurance.
